Our groom Ellie, and our coaches Gill, Maureen, Karen and Sue had a really long day on Monday as they had to be at Wilton RDA in Salisbury for 8.30am and didn’t return until 5pm.
It was worth it, though, as thanks to their hard work in preparing horses and riders, they came back at the end of the day with quite a haul of rosettes and National qualifiers
Neve Massey came first and Emily Rodman third in Level 2 Junior section. Unfortunately this meant that Emily just missed out on qualification, in spite of a very close score.
Additionally, Neve came first in the 12 & under SJ Level 1 and Emily came first in the SJ Level 1 age 13 -16 category.
Millie came first and Stella third in Level 2 Seniors.
Millie also came joint first in Level 3 and Stella also qualified.
We were very sorry for Emily but hope she will qualify in the dressage.
All but Millie also did the 2 kilometre Endurance ride through a lovely woodland trail and alongside fields before Level 3.
